Parenthood pack purchased but content is missing from in game, I cant find it

I play on PC and I purchased the Parenthood Game Pack about 3 weeks ago and none of the content is showing in game. Is there a specific way to use this? I don't remember if anything game up to downlo...

ChrissyGmrMom  Are you missing Parenthood or something else?  But regardless, if you have Sims 4 installed at all, there should be at least one result, so the fact that you didn't find any means the search didn't work properly (or there's something wrong with the game install, or it's gone).
