    Hey all,

    We've released an update that we believe has resolved the issue- please check your accounts now and let me know if your DLC is available to access and play.

I just got a new PC and wanted to redownload the Sims 4- which I have. I hopped on to see if all my packs were still there but I am missing my Island Living pack. It shows I have it and only need to install but it won't allow me to actually download it on the EA client- it is making me purchase it and not DOWNLOAD it.

I was using origin previously in my old PC so not sure if that will affect it somehow? I just want it back. As per my created and posted sims through the gallery, I used the pack often when I played so I am not sure why this is occurring. It is also showing that I already own it- yet I can't download it. My name on the gallery is jelllaaay26. I have included screenshots of my purchases where it says I am "not eligible" for because of a PARTIAL refund. 

It's really frustrating as it's showing as OWNED in game but I can't DOWNLOAD it since I have to purchase it through the client again?

I hope someone can help me.
