We've released an update that we believe has resolved the issue- please check your accounts now and let me know if your DLC is available to access and play.
I purchased City Living back in 2016 when it was released. When I got a new computer and loaded all my files and installed the Sims 4, All packs except city living was installed. I've tried repairing the game, clearing the cache on EA app and uninstalling and re-installing the game. I have attempted to contact EA numerous times and everyone keeps giving me the run around on clearing the cache. It appears back in 2016 I received a partial refund of $6 for the game (assuming a discount that didn't work). I tried to pull up the old case related to see as I have the case and access key, but it doesn't show that it's a valid case to look at. I've contacted Live help only to get told it's being worked on and in 24 hours it'll be fixed. Well, we're going on a week now of "24 hours and it'll be fixed". A new expansion has been released and I want to download it, but if I can't get my missing pack fixed then there's no point as the game is currently broken.
