Patch 15/16th JAN

I installed the patch this morning and it has totally messed up , I can no longer play at all 

All exp pack all game packs all stuff packs and a few kits 

Game loads to start screen then 

1 Says there is a sims delivery but gives an unknown exception 

2 Resume Game   , click that and  it then comes up game failed to save error code 002 

3 load Game  , click the save file and the same save message 

4 Start New Game crashes to desktop

5 Try to turn on mods and then exit game and come back in and they are unchecked once again 

Scribble top left of start screen above where it says resume game 

I have tried repairing game twice 

Over 6000 hours played on this save so no i dont want to restart over although that doesnt work either
