Businesses and Hobbies

I have no mods in my game, I have tried to start a whole new save and have closed out and restarted my computer completely and some objects in build/buy from Businesses and Hobbies are just not showing up in my game. I don't know what else to do especially since I do not have any mods in my game. It's really annoying to spend money on an expansion pack and not even be able to play with the full pack. I have included a photo of what is happening with some of the items, but some are just not even showing up at all in the game. Please help!
