pc adding the name of your pc type next to files

Recently, my laptop starts to have this thing that says "clientDB-LAPTOP-EK8ELB1N.package, Config-LAPTOP-EK8ELB1N, GameVersion-LAPTOP-EK8ELB1N-4, and so on. (ill upload the pictures). Is this the reason why my sims wouldn't startup?

add-ons and expansion packs not there???
Has anyone else had their expansion packs and add-ons disappear? Ever since the new update mine are all gone? They show in my recently downloaded but aren't even showing in purchased history.
