add-ons and expansion packs not there???

I’m having the same issue. All the packs and kits I’ve bought aren’t even available to play in game after the update. It’s telling me all the packs are required and not owned even though they’re downloaded and I cleared the cache and repaired the game. 

omg me too and its so frustrating please i want to play with my dlc and i cant get support from an agent only ai.

I've been trying to fix this for the past 5 hours i dedicated for playing... my afternoon is gone, I'm frustrated af, and I thought I did something that broke my game (reinstalled my mods today and that's the only thing that works..) I repaired the game, reinstalled the sims, the ea app, the steam app and cleared the cache countless times.. I think it's time to give up and wait for a solution. Like it's crazy when I realise I own a game which I paid for more than 1k in this past decade.. just to be able to play the base game and not even my legacy I have since 2017 and I literally threw away this afternoon trying to fix the game... Thank you, EA.

I have almost the same issue: it says I own the DLC, but they won't appear in-game because they aren't installed, even though I DID install them.

It says I don’t own any packs, I even reinstalled them just to see, and still nothing. I updated my iMac last night when I got done playing and then logged on this morning to nothing working, I thought it was something to do with that update but it sounds like there was an update within the game I was unaware of, I thought I was the only one. Hopefully they resolve this soon 

raggsby​  Jupiiterrrloon​ sxmpg69​ helian_thys​ AChadha​ kvpoqwchl700​  Please open Marketplace > My Collection and see whether the packs are deactivated.  If they are, you can reenable them with the Pack Selection button.  If that doesn't work, close the game, delete UserSetting.ini in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4, and check again for your packs.

thank you, it worked. but i swear i didn't have the option to download them yesterday. But basically i downloaded them back in the ea app through the add-on manager.
