PC crashes after 20 mins gameplay

Hi, Sims 4 keeps crashing my PC after 20 mins gameplay. It also does this when I play Minecraft. Can someone help please. PC spec attached. Regards.

Hi,

Thanks for the advice but it hasn't made a difference. I'm helping my daughter with this and I'm not the best techie around so I wasn't too sure which graphics card she has and how to update so I did the automatic update on the link you gave. She restarted PC and loaded Sims 4 and the usual crash happened after 13 mins.

Very frustrating.

    Hi,

    This is getting too complicated for me and the link you have sent has bamboozled me. There's too much info that I simply don't understand.

    What can I do ?

    Hi,

    After a very stressful attempt I have carried out the re-install, but Sims 4 still doesn't work.

    I read elsewhere about turning off vsync and I have done that as well.

    Do you have any other ideas ?
