@leckenby-kate  Does it help to enable vertical sync and triple buffering within the Nvidia Control Panel?  I'm not sure whether you're using the CP or the in-game setting, but please try the CP options; use Program Settings and ts4_x64.exe.

As an experiment, please also try moving the camera by holding down right-click and moving your mouse in one direction or another.  A while back, someone else mentioned this didn't cause any stuttering when edge scrolling would, and I'm curious whether it's the case for you as well.

Hi, I will try the triple buffering and I don’t use the edge scrolling iv always used my mouse to move the camera around, Iv already tried putting V-Sync on but it’s still choppy when I move the camera with my mouse around .
