PC Question

I was just wondering if I should invest in an external hard drive to clear up disk space on my laptop so I can play sims.

    Well, for externals you really don't need to be that extravagant; for one you really don't need a SSD for an external hard drive since it's mostly for storage rather than performance. I normally prefer Western Digital (WD) brand external hard drives myself. 500GB to 1TB is usually more than enough to handle most storage needs.

  • Hi;

    An external hard drive can be a great investment depending on how you use it. I normally find any sort of external space to be quite helpful.

    Only thing I would not recommend is installing the Sims on it itself; it's okay to use for storing your backups, but I would recommend keeping the game on your actual laptop's hard drive for best performance.
