Mermaidgirl222 The problem with these all-in-one models is that the RAM may not be removable, it may all be soldered with no slots available, and an AI assistant wouldn't necessarily know that. I googled the model number and couldn't come up with anything definitive, although I did find one listing on Amazon for new memory for what seems like this model, but it was from a third party and didn't have clear-enough info for me to tell you that this would work.
However, this may be a moot point. What do you think about this model instead?

It has 16 GB RAM, and its graphics chip is faster than the one in the other models, and it's cheaper than the more expensive option of the two. If it's available, I would absolutely choose that over the other two.
If you can't buy this one, I would contact the store, or Asus support, to ask about a memory upgrade. Or the store may know where to find an online user manual, and I could probably figure it out from there if you linked it for me. The language isn't a problem; I can plug it into a translator.
