SmallRussianAvo This error points to an issue with the 2015-2022 VC++ runtimes, which Sims 4 uses. But the problem could be mods or custom content rather than the runtimes themselves. Did you remove all mods and all custom content? If not, please try that now.
If that doesn't or didn't help, please manually uninstall and reinstall your newest VC++ runtimes. Open Windows Settings > Apps, scroll down to the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributables, click any version from 2015 or newer, and uninstall. (Don't touch the older versions.) You can download fresh copies here:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-US/cpp/windows/latest-supported-vc-redist?view=msvc-170
You'll need both the x86 and x64 2022 runtimes, but not the ARM version, and not the older ones. Restart after installing and before trying to play.
If that doesn't help either, please provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
