Phone number changed

So, my origin account was hacked, I managed to change back my email but the person who hacked it has placed a two-way verification with the phone number and I can't take it off. How to resolve this?

    Hi there, 

    in this case I would recommend to contact Customer Support via phone and ask them for further assistance. They will be able to help you to get your account back, disabled all unwanted features and re-secure it for you. 

    How to contact EA advisor:
    - Visit http://help.ea.com/ and log in with your Origin account
    - Click on help with a game and choose the game you have an issue with
    - Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on contact us
    - Select your appropriate platform and click next on bottom right
    - Select a relevant topic and add more info into the section Tell us a little more, then click Next
    - You will then have the option for Live Chat or Email or a Call Me Option!
    NOTE: not every option is always available. It depends on your location, the time of the day and also on the options you select

    I'm not live in US or Canada so I can't contact them by phone.

    What country are you from? EA have phone support in most of the languages now. You can still make a phone contact, just click on the country flag (top left corner) and change it to US or Canada, you should be given callback option then and it does not really matter where you are, just enter the correct number and they will call you 😕mileywink:
