Photo's won't stop going black on Sims 4

It all started when I took my sims family away to granite falls. I used the free build cheat so I could get my sim, who had the painting aspiration, to paint a picture from reference. When she started painting, the picture was just blank. Anyway when I made them go home I tried taking a photo and when it went into my sims inventory it was just black.

I've literally tried everything, I tried starting a new game, taking out the mods, switching to laptop mode and even uninstalling and reinstalling ALL of my expansion packs, after I did that I tried everything again. 

I dont know what to do looool

Pleaaaase help me I'm so so confused and if anyone can help please let me know!!
