Playing SIMs 4 crashes my graphics driver

Hi,  My game crashes within 30 min everytime I launched it (after I upgraded to Windows 10) I do not have any mod content.  Please help to review.  System info:  ------------------ System Infor...

Hello @xrobingx

Thanks for posting your dxdiag. I can see your graphics card drivers need to be updated. Please, download Windows 10 compatible drivers from AMD's website. Once installed, restart your computer and try to play again.

Before that, it may be a good idea to first remove the existing AMD drivers to avoid conflicts.

  1. Go to the control panel by right clicking the start menu button.
  2. Click 'uninstall a program'.
  3. Remove all AMD programs.
