playing Sims 4 on multiple devices

Bought Sims 4 on disc and installed it on my pc.

Can I install and play on a laptop (not at the same time) using the same origin account without paying again?

Tried to enter the code from the inside the case but it doesn't work because its been used.

Would it work on the laptop lop if I uninstall on the PC?

Appreciate any help

    Thanks for the extra detail.

On the My Games page in the Origin client you should be able to just click on the Sims 4 panel and you should get the Download option. You can check the filters for the page to ensure it's not only showing installed games, in case that's a factor. If nothing shows up then, it might be worth double-checking which account is in use.

If bandwidth/download caps are a factor you can also copy the Sims 4 folder between machines on your local network, just copy the whole folder to the Origin Games section.

Hey, you can do so quite easily, yep. You don't need to enter the code again, just log into the same Origin account on the 2nd device that you were using on the first account. This will kick the first account offline.

Then on the 2nd device you can download/install as normal.

There's no need to uninstall on any devices, you can have the game installed on as many as you like.

    Thanks.

  • Thanks for the help.

    Thing is,

I bought the Sims 4 on disc and my laptop (surface pro3) doesn't have a cd drive.

I've logged into my origin account but don't see anywhere to download/install.

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks
