playing Sims 4 on multiple devices

Bought Sims 4 on disc and installed it on my pc. Can I install and play on a laptop (not at the same time) using the same origin account without paying again? Tried to enter the code from the insid...

    Thanks for the extra detail.

    On the My Games page in the Origin client you should be able to just click on the Sims 4 panel and you should get the Download option. You can check the filters for the page to ensure it's not only showing installed games, in case that's a factor. If nothing shows up then, it might be worth double-checking which account is in use. 

    If bandwidth/download caps are a factor you can also copy the Sims 4 folder between machines on your local network, just copy the whole folder to the Origin Games section.

Thing is,

I bought the Sims 4 on disc and my laptop (surface pro3) doesn't have a cd drive.

I've logged into my origin account but don't see anywhere to download/install.

Any suggestions?
