Previously, all expansion packs were not applied, so some problems were solved by deleting and reinstalling the entire package, but it says that there are no free holiday packs/holiday items.
However, it says that it has been downloaded in the game, and EAAPP confirms that the item has been downloaded, but if you enter the in-game, it is confirmed that there is no item.
The folder of the item is known as FP01, and the location of the folder is confirmed to be in sims4>delta.
If you change the location of the folder to sims4, will it be confirmed that the item is present, but if you enter the in-game and check, the item will be checked in a form that cannot be used.
So, I tried reinstalling the game to solve this problem again this time, and I tried to recover it from EAAPP, but I couldn't solve the problem.
Please tell me how to solve the problem.
For your information, there are no CC items that I downloaded separately.

So for example, I do not have Get to Work (EP01) installed, and I do not have an EP01 folder in ...The Sims 4. But I do have an EP01 folder in ...The Sims 4 > Delta. This is normal.
Anyway, do you see a FP01 folder directly in the Sims 4 folder? If you do, please delete it and clear the cache for the EA App:

Then try downloading the pack again.
If the pack is not there, please install Origin:
And try installing the Holiday pack from there. You don't need to uninstall the EA App, and you can go back to using it once you've downloaded the pack again.
