Please fix the freezing bug

Fix the bug where the Sims just freezes out of nowhere and when im saving and it freezes !!!!!! Fix it please I cant do this anymore I am so angry I just lost my build

    Amira25​  This isn't a bug, it's a system issue.  If you'd like help troubleshooting it, let me know what platform you play on: Windows, Mac, Playstation, or XBox.

    Amira25​  Please open the game and find the location of the folder it's reading.  Here's how:

    https://sims4.crinrict.com/eng/2018/07/how-to-find-your-user-folder/

    Please list that location here.

    Please also provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
