PLEASE HELP, THE SIMS 4 KEEPS CRASHING AFTER THE NOV. 7 2017 UPDATE

@samaradelynn In some ways TS4 requirements are lower then TS3 but the new C&D pack raised the minimum requirements for the game. First your computer uses DDR2 type memory - slow and old. Your computer only has 2Gb of memory - most computers today have at least 4Gb and 8Gb is becoming the norm. Your computer has 64Mb of dedicated video memory and the minimum requirement for TS4 is 128Mb dedicated memory. 160Gb primary storage (hard drive) is too small for the Windows operating system - not my opinion just a fact. Windows 7 is on extended support and 32 bit is a totally dead issue. The processor is weak as and close to minimum requirement. If your case in small form factor upgrading can be a big problem and cost more then the computer is worth. If you have the minitower you MAY be able to upgrade with a power supply and a graphics card IF the motherboard has a video slot (I think it does but confirm before buying anything). My opinion is a new computer as any upgrades will not increase it's worth. The chipset Intel graphics have been known to have issues with this 3D game. While below spec computers may play the game, the game may stop working for any reason at any time.
