when i rebuilt the porch with full walls the dots went away, also the porch/house is elevated.

What graphics card do you have ?

Did you have this with this build only or with others too ?

Could you please upload the build to the gallery and post the name here ?

Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.

  i haven't tried it anywhere else or on a different house yet
  the name is wrap around porch house, it currently doesn't have a roof i took it off troubleshooting
  i did remove them and the moons/dots are still there

    Looking fine for me. It is marked as containing cc though.
    
    Which lot did you have it on ? Could you try another home or the house on another lot.
