PLEASE HELP

My game has been crashing every time i move in a new household, as in it’ll run smoothly all through cas when i click new game but as soon as i move the sim into a lot, it closes out. I’ve been getting these error codes occasionally when it crashes as well, and i’ve already deleted/reinstalled and repaired the game as well as deleted/reinstalled the ea app itself. Restarting my computer didn’t do anything either, but these are the only fixes the internets giving me. The ea app also always says that my game needs updating before i play it, but never gives me the option for an update nor does it say there even is one, i get it started either way but that makes me think it’s an ea problem. I also have a LOT of cc and mod files and really don’t want to have to sift through it all, does anyone know how to fix this? (Not very tech savvy)

    @1l0wvsbmpff8  As a test, please try playing in a clean user folder.  Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop, and when you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content.  (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you moved but temporarily not read by the game.)  Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just let me know whether you can get far enough to start a new save and play in live mode for a bit.

    If that doesn't help, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.
