Please help i just got this pc and it refuses to download the ea app or sims it'll start the download but when its almost complete it'll say something about how my system isn't modified for it. I even downloaded it on steam but it won't launch only says program files 86 class not registered. Pls help!!!!
Kiwi_C98 Please post screenshots of these errors. You can click Windows key-shift-S and drag your cursor over that portion of the screen to capture the error messages.
Please also provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.

Kiwi_C98 Please uninstall the EA App, if it's currently present, with Revo Uninstaller (the free version is fine). Restart your computer, download a fresh copy of the App, and run the installer as an admin: right-click the download and select "Run as administrator." Close the App once it's installed, restart your computer again, and run the App itself as an admin, which you can do by right-clicking its shortcut.
Make sure the App is fully loaded before trying to install Sims 4 through Epic.
If this doesn't work, you can try installing the game only through the EA App. If that doesn't help either, or you really want to play through Epic, I do need to see a dxdiag.
puzzlezaddictthe problem is that the ea app is not downloading and i don't know what to do i just got this pc specifically for sims and it won't do the one thing i want. I've check the pc front and back rand all kings of diagnostic but sims just won't work and it hurts
Kiwi_C98 The EA App isn't downloading itself? Or it's not downloading Sims 4? I would guess the EA App installer downloads fine, but maybe you can't install the app, or it won't update? Let me know what exactly is happening, including a screenshot of any App-related error you see.
