POOF! no more lots

I don't remember how to get that rundown to help those more familiar than me.🤷🏼‍♀️

I don't do mods or download cc from sites so I'm thinking something rode code to my system at some recent point. 

My problem is vanishing lots. 

See the nightclub? I go through the motions to travel to it and POOF. Gone. I just noticed the arena venue vanished. 🤦🏼‍♀️ The horse park across from it, gone.. had to build one. (Monarchy Place in the gallery) The bar.. same thing,  had to build one.. and the little house to the right of bar - gone. I put a gallery house there. 

Exiting w/o saving then repairing from the app brings back the nightclub and arena but not the cozy corner house, bar or center.
