Pre-order didn't go through - the sims 4
I preordered the Get To Work expansion for The Sims 4 in February, and got an email with the receipt, where it says that i have paid for the game. Yesterday I got another email saying that there was a problem with my payment, and it didn't go through, so I checked my bank account. Couldn't find the transaction there (I remember the money going out of my account, but memory is a *le thing). In my order history on origin, I'm told that they've billed me, but that some items may not have been delievered (which makes sense, since the expansion isn't out). I opened the game, checked My Packs, where it says I own Get To Work. So yeah, I'm a little confused. This happened before, when I pre-ordered Dragon Age: Inquisition, but then I just payed for it again after it came out, and everything was fine. I don't have that option now, as I won't be able to afford until September (which really is a bummer, since the whole point of preordering it was to get it right away). I would call customer support, but I really can't. Also can't find their email anywhere (I might just be a little bit *). All my payment info is up to date.
