Problem with business funds

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:Mac
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.52.100.1220
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Seasons
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just go to the Builder mode and you can see that I have zero business funds
What happens when the bug occurs? I cant buy anything.
What do you expect to see? My household funds
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

Hello everyone! Just bought Sims 4 and I wanted to add a downloaded house from TSR to my Lot in Oasis Springs. As I open the builder to change or buy some stuff in my house it appears that I have zero funds in business but I have funds in my household funds. Do you know any solution of this? I only have the Seasons expansion (is the only one I have). Thanks a lot for reading and sorry for bad english 😳

    @crinrict thanks a lot for your reply! Changed the settings of the lot but the problem still remained. I downloaded another house from TSR and the problem was solved! So my guess was the house that I downloaded had the problem. Still thanks for the help (:

    @bunnytone What kind of lot type does the house have ? You shouldn't have business funds at all unless it's a restaurant, vet clinic or retail (which you all don't have without seasons).

    Try changing the lot type to something else than it is and then back.
