emurray09  The first step here is to identify the problem cc.  Then we can figure out what to do about it.  You might put the cc back and remove it from your sims, then remove the cc too, at which point the household would hopefully be playable without that cc present.  Or you might keep the cc as-is, or get an updated version of something that's not working as you'd like.
