I've had this issue for months now and I'm pretty sure the bug is in the Daycare system. Whenever my toddler gets sent to Daycare because my other sims are traveling, I can't go back home (endless loading screen). When I reload the game I also can't open this specific household (another endless loading screen), but other families load just fine. Wanted to share my findings so the Sims team might be able to fix this.
