Pipkin08 It sounds like you may have signed into the wrong EA account, as in, not the one that owns all your content. It's been a common problem since the switch to the EA App. Please see the accepted solution of this thread for more information:

You don't need to download multiple updates; just updating once is sufficient, as is repairing. The message about an update being required is an EA App issue right now and, as far as I've seen at least, has nothing to do with missing content. Putting the EA App into offline mode can help sometimes.
