Problems with Edge Scrolling

Edge scrolling works except to the bottom. Up, left, and right all work fine. I'm in regular full screen mode, so it's not that. Please help!

    @ashleyeb14 A GUI is a Graphical User Interface, which is essentially the broad acronym for the buttons, icons, sliders and pictures that make up the parts of your screen that aren't the gameworld.

    In this case it means to not move the mouse to the very bottom of the screen, but have it so that it's aimed at about the top of the white bar. It should then turn to a magifying glass and scroll down as needed.

yes my grandson played sims 4 few days ago Now I cant get my edge scrolling back  how do I do it? Cause its quite difficult to play without it Thanks...C.Domicello

    Go to the game options by clicking on the three dots in the upper right corner. Make sure you play in fullscreen mode and edge scrolling is ticked there.
