Problems with save game after the update

Hello everyone,

since the last update all my save games in Sims 4 are lost. If I want to start a new game it's also not possible to save it. Code 0 appears.

Trying to build a house showed that walls are not visible, also furniture can't be removed any more. All in all.. the game is totally broken.

I already did some research. It seems I'm not the only one.

In another forum someone gave the advice to create a new file for the game which didn't work.

So I uninstalled the game and installed it new. Now, starting the game, there is a request, i should update my game because the save game is not up to date. I tried to repair the game via Origin and I also searched for new updates... without any success.

Now I try to get a solution directly from EA. After making my way through the confusing and unhelpful support sites, I'm here now to ask how I actually can update my game and make it work again. 😕mileysad:
