promo code problems sims 4

i have not play my sims 4 in about 2 months went to play it it was erase form my origin games try to put the disk and promo code to reinstall says it all ready been use so ok what I do to get it back...

Hi @msanderson41 ,

Please note that serial codes can only be used once. You may have registered you game into another Origin account, be sure that you've login into Origin with the correct account and try again.
