Public lots gone from Gallery

Hi, I contacted EA support but they just sent me here.  I previously uploaded lots with houses to The Sims 4 Gallery and shared to public. After re-installing the game, updating my EA account password, and losing my local saves - none of my publicly shared/uploaded houses appear in the gallery. I understand that private ones wouldn't show. Public ones should be on the server. 

I reinstalled the game right when the new update was taking place on 18th of March. 

Is there anything I can do?
