erommel1982 I only see one upload, called Rustic Residence and uploaded on the 18th, even when checking the box for custom content. Is that the one you see? And have you changed your username anytime recently, or the email associated with your EA account? Do you own packs/DLC that you've had for a while (since before this problem showed up), and do they still work?
Yes, that's the new one I was testing. No I didn't change the username, I had to change the password. My drives got fried due to a short circuit and I had to reinstall Sims and lost my local data. I'm aware why private library items would be gone, but it's beyond me why public gallery lots would not show up. All my DLCs work fine. Had the same account for over a decade.
Oh and I don't use any CC content.
Upon further inspection, it says that the "paranormal stuff" is "deactivated". My builds contained items from the pack.
