Purchased a game on one account and bought its upgrade under different account

Hi, 

I purchased a game on one account and bout the upgrade under a different account. Help!

    Do not download the product from either account. Contact EA regarding your Origin purchase through the Origin Support Request Form and explain that you have made a purchasing error.

    How can I make a change to my Origin order?

    If you made a mistake in your Origin order, contact us with your order number ready.

     
     
     If you accidentally made an error in your purchase, such as selecting the wrong platform for the game, contact us with your order number so we can quickly resolve your issue.

    NOTE: You should not download a mistakenly purchased product, and instead you should contact support.

    Find your order number in your email receipt of purchase, or by viewing your Order History in Origin.

    Hi, 

    Everytime I try to contact you, the chat stays open for hours with nothing happening. And then I made sure it was the correct country and still nothing.

    You are not contacting me, I'm a player just like you, I do not work for EA.
    Could you try the chat on a different brower, like Internet Explorer, Chrome, Safari, Opera or Firefox?

    Thank you all so much for your help, it finally worked!! This is now solved. I arranged for someone to call me and they did right away. 🙂

    That's great news and we're happy that you were able to get in touch with EA support. Just remember that you have the right to fully utilize what you've purchased and it isn't possible to use an expansion without the base product therefore you can expect that EA will want to assist you and ensure that you experience the full quality of their products.
