Hi,
I purchased a game on one account and bout the upgrade under a different account. Help!

Do not download the product from either account. Contact EA regarding your Origin purchase through the Origin Support Request Form and explain that you have made a purchasing error.
How can I make a change to my Origin order?
If you made a mistake in your Origin order, contact us with your order number ready.
If you accidentally made an error in your purchase, such as selecting the wrong platform for the game, contact us with your order number so we can quickly resolve your issue.
NOTE: You should not download a mistakenly purchased product, and instead you should contact support.
Find your order number in your email receipt of purchase, or by viewing your Order History in Origin.
