Sims 4 won't launch no matter what

I tried everything, from reinstalling to asking for help from EA support. nothing worked. The person in support tried his best to help me but also couldn't get the game to launch, instead a, 'an error on our end caused the launch to fail. Try again a little late', message keeps popping up on the EA app so I was advised to bring my issue here. Please help. Thank you. 🙇‍♂️
