Purchased DLC Bundle no where to be found.

Hello,

I just bought Island Living expansion, Jungle Adventure game pack, and Vintage Glamour stuff pack and I can't find any of them anywhere. I tried hiring the butler on my phone and didn't see that option, I also went to worlds map and I can't see the island map and I have no idea how to find the jungle game pack. This is my first Sim purchase, so please bear with me. When I go to my EA account and look in "My Packs" I can see them there but all they say is "You Already Own This Pack" and it's greyed out.

I successfully installed the Free packs that had a Christmas theme and the guitar. 

I don't see anywhere, where you can download anything. I have no notifications anywhere. I've looked all over the EA app as well as in world. One time since I've been playing I was able to see all the worlds and a lot of them were just greyed-out circles that you could hover over and get an animation but those are no longer there and all I see is Willow, Oasis, and Newcrest.

I need help please!
