Random crash

In the mean time, i have the model of my motherboard wich is PRIME B760-PLUS BIOS 1663. On Asus site actually there is an update for BIOS...

should I download it and update it before or i just try diasabling xmp and cpuB?

@puzzlezaddict Sorry, i have copy and paste the entire description of motherboard update. The number 1663 is the new release version of bios. I should have the previous 1402

Yeah, I've had that issue too with The Sims 4. It’s so frustrating when it just crashes out of nowhere. Mine keeps crashing at the opening menu. I've repaired this game 4 times now! I haven't been able to start a new game for two months now (since Lovestruck came out). When Lovestruck dropped it corrupted my save file so I had to delete it. 

@puzzlezaddict ok, so... apparently i have solved the problem. Not with disabling boost in bios but updating the bios at most recently version as you supposed, from 1402 to 1663. I have playied the game for 3 hours with absolutely no crash. Thanks for you're advice here and in another post  where the argument is python37_x64.dll 🙂

@Ciufer  I'm glad to hear that, and thanks for the update.  It's also good to know that this is being addressed on the system side so players don't have to lose performance to keep their games from crashing.

@Neese2297  If you'd like help, please try playing in a clean user folder.  Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop, and when you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content.  (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you moved but temporarily not read by the game.)  Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just let me know whether you can get far enough to start a new save and play in live mode for a bit.

If that doesn't help, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.

@Ciufer  If you have any files in ConfigOverride, please remove them.  And remove your Mods folder as well, if it has any content—this patch broke some content, and it also forced DirectX 11 mode on some systems, with which some mods are not yet compatible.

Otherwise, please post a new dxdiag.

@puzzlezaddict no file in ConfigOverride, clean cash and upgraded MCC (the only mods i have). The game run with dx11 even before the patch. I'll post my new dxdiag if you can see something interesting... ☹️ in the mean time i can retry to disable boost on bios (even if it didn't work before) and maybe return in dx9 if the issue continue... I'll try everything again and i'll keep you update.
