Spookyfish24 Thanks for the dxdiag, but it only lists one error, which is odd in and of itself. That's a Sims 4 error that is sometimes associated with a crash but more often accompanies a freeze/endless loading situation. So it's not necessarily much help here. And that doesn't explain where all the other errors went. If you're using a cleaner app that could be deleting temp files, please disable it while troubleshooting—these error reports can be extremely helpful.
Separately, please look for relevant errors in the Reliability Monitor. Hit Windows key-R and enter "perfmon /rel" without quotes, and you'll see a chart of errors and updates with a column for each day. Today is on the right.
Look for errors that happened at exactly the time of any recent Sims 4 crash. If you find one, double-click it to see more details, then copy that info and paste it into a reply here. I don't need duplicates, just a sense of how often something happens. If you get another crash but don't see a new error, check back in an hour or so—the Reliability Monitor doesn't always update right away.
