Re: ‎Sims 4 not showing up in Documents/Electronic Arts folder?

I know that at this point this thread is REALLY old, but I have a windows computer and the very same thing is happening to me. I tried everything suggested in the thread and nothing seems to be working. Except the icloud drive thing, is that something only mac has? Probably, because it wasn't in my computer's settings, anyhow, I was wondering if you guys had ANY more ideas? I was really looking forward to getting my cc and the entire reason I got a new computer was for better game performance. Oh by the way I did have an old computer on which I was able to install cc, so I know the problem isn't me.

Split your post out of the Mac thread you posted in and moved it to the PC tech forum, hopefully a Windows user will be able to help 🙂
  • I hope we will be able to help you @FizzyDboom but i guess we need a little more information.
Where did my pc install The Sims 4 game seems to be your question.

Usually Origin installs the Sims 4 game on the C drive of your pc. So you should find the base game and all the expansion packs on this drive.
The Electronic Arts folder is stored in the users section of your pc. If you in any way set your users files on an other drive you will find the folder there.
Please try the search option in the left hand corner or use the search option on your windows explorer. The search option in the explorer can be found in the top right hand corner.
