I understand that this is not a very pleasant situation. You can contact an advisor by following these instructions: 

- Visit http://help.ea.com/ 
- Click on help with a game and choose the game you have an issue with
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on contact us
- Select your appropriate platform and click next on bottom right
- Select a relevant topic and add more info into the section Tell us a little more, then click Next

- When prompted to log into Origin account, click on "Having trouble accessing your account?" link and fill in your name and e-mail address

- You will then have the option for Live Chat or Email or a Call Me Option!
NOTE: not every option is always available. It depends on your location, the time of the day and also on the options you select
