Are you unable to click the Escape Key within Sims 4? That usually brings up the menu.

If you can't restart, you will need to force-close the game.

If you're in Windows, it's CTRL-ALT-DELETE then select to Open Task Manager. You will need to right-click on Sims 4 in that list and select "End Task."

You will unfortunately lose any progress you made in Create-A-Sim; with the game not giving you an option to close it normally with a save option.

After the game is closed, then open Origin to Repair the game.
