m3xaqi5zh5xw Is B&H listed as installed in the EA App, under Sims 4 > Manage > Manage add-ons? Please let me know whether it's on the list, specifically "Businesses & Hobbies," not the "Set Up Shop Digital Content," which is the bonus content for an early purchase rather than the pack itself.
IF B&H is listed as installed, please run a search for its folder. Open a File Explorer window, click This PC in the left panel, and enter EP18 in the search field in the upper-right corner. Wait for the search to finish, then make sure the full file path is showing under each result. If it's not, expand the window sideways as necessary. Take a screenshot using Windows key-shift-S and attach it to a reply here.
