Where can I find the localthumbcache.package? And what does UIC stand for?

Documents/Electronic Arts/ The Sims4 folder . Localthumbcache.package file is in The Sims4 folder.
UIC is a script mod. which for some players caused the disappearance of the Building Mode menu. In your case it may be a different mod but it certainly causes an outdated mod
You have to replace all your scripts mods . After all, no script mod can be used now because EA switched to another Python script. and these mods are written on the old one
Start delete your old script mods, because I do not think it's CC fault- I've updated all script mods and have deleted the UIC mod. That was the issue so things are back to normal for now! Thanks for the help!!
