same issue with my game. I’m on Mac and I can’t see my sim in create a sim
@caitythenoodle The answer is the same: open your Origin game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair. If that doesn't work, let me know, and I'll move your post to the Mac section for further help.
