You can install the game through Origin with the account you used to first install the game with.
You won't need the product code or CD.
To transfer your saves over you can make a back up and and move the files over with something like an USB stick.
I tried to download my game again but it doesn't allow me to because its keeps asking for the redeeming code which i don't have . the email origin account i downloaded the sims on is deactivated so im stuck here now . please help
Then log in with your user name and password. Remember to change e-mail in your profile.
