  1. https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/ 
  2. Click on the orange NEXT button
  3. Select a platform
  4. Click on the orange NEXT button
  5. Select a topic and describe your problem in a few words
  6. Click on the orange NEXT button
  7. Click Chat Now to chat with a Game Advisor

    No it is not. I've spoken to 2 different EA Advisors at length, both of whom consulted ther superiors, and none of them were able to provide a working solution for me. It was eventually escalated to a specialist team and was told to await an email from them when they've figured it out. Way to go.
