Re: Can't add packs to Cart

@sarahholdenried  In your screenshot, you're playing in windowed mode.  Please choose fullscreen mode, and then you should be able to choose 1366x768.  That's actually the common screen size you're thinking of, and it's your screen size too.  The 705 pixel height is so you can see the Taskbar below the game window.  That wouldn't be showing in fullscreen mode, so the game would be able to use the full 768 pixel height.

Or you could just buy through the Origin app or the website.

I had done full screened as well but nothing will happen as in the numbers will not change, but it'll go full screen. And while in full screen, I had tried again, but same result.

The 705 will not change. And the game failed to recognize I had it in full screened.

This recent update, made things slow with freezes. I've never had freezing before, especially this bad where I can't play or build anymore. Then the patch made everything impossible to do and the patch could be causing my problem too, idk for certain but didn't have problems til after the update and patch.

*In meantime, I'm back on Sims 3 where I've no freezing issues thankfully, but I was waiting for this sale to buy a pack.

I only have basegame, and no mods or such installed. So it's the update and the patch causing issues with Sims 4, and man am I not alone with these issues!

@sarahholdenried  You could try using the "restore defaults" button in the graphics settings.  But if it's too much of a hassle, you can buy through origin.com or the Origin app instead.
