Can't connect to Gallery/upload Sims

I can't connect to The Sims 4 servers. I've tried restarting my PC, repairing the game and disabling Origin in-game to no avail. I was able to connect until yesterday. When I try now, it just says "A...

    That's great to hear @spunkytorpedo537. Thanks for letting us know the fix worked for you.

    Folks, if you're continuing to experience connection issues after the 20th, please create a new thread. If you're not having Gallery connection or upload issues specifically, please also create a new thread describing the issue.

    We'll keep an eye out and if someones gotten there before you and started up a thread, don't worry, we'll merge yours in with it.

Yeah there's another topic about the same issue written 8 hours ago, I just noticed. Let's hope it's just a server issue that will be fixed soon

    It was happening to me yesterday, I thought it may just be me. Seems it's still happening.

      I've been having the same problem since this morning. Yesterday I was able to connect to the gallery without any problems. Again EA servers' issues?

        Platform:Mac
        Which language are you playing the game in? English
        How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
        What is your current game version number? most recent
        What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Cats and Dogs and Seasons.
        Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When I go onto Gallery it asks me to go online, then it says trying to connect, But my origin account says I'm already online so I'm not sure what to do.
        What happens when the bug occurs? I can't go on the gallery or see anything online.
        What do you expect to see? "trying to connect" when I click connect to the internet but it never does.
        Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
        Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

        This keeps happening when I go on gallery. My wifi is on and its good and my origin account says I'm online.

    I'm having the same problem, since last night. The day before everything was fine, but last night ... Today I still can't access the gallery, or my sims account; just my library. So many people seem to be having this problem - all around the world. I'm in New Zealand. I hope it gets fixed soon.

      Late last night I was finally able to access The Gallery once again, so that's good. Hopefully the problem remains fixed. I would love to know what went wrong though.

        Last night it was not working for me, same issue, not loading, i went on sims, it is still not working for me, restarted and repaired the game and its really frustrating because i want to access the gallery.
