@XxRuby_jjxX If it's been loading for that long, then the game is probably frozen or hanging, and all you can do is force quit.
Whether this save worked in the past is one thing; that doesn't mean it works now. If you want to try again, move your entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents\Electronic Arts and onto your desktop, launch the game to the Main Menu to create a new folder, and create a saves folder inside the new Sims 4 folder if one doesn't already exist. Then download a fresh copy of this save and move it to the saves folder. But don't add anything else to the new Sims 4 folder unless the download instructions specify that you need certain additional content.
If the save won't load in a clean folder, but you can load other saves, then the problem really is the individual save you've downloaded.
